The Croft is on the edge of Ilfracombe town and has superb sea views over the Bristol Channel.
The town centre and Harbour are a ten minute walk away and 'The Old Thatched House' pub and a village store are within 200 yards. The owners of The Croft highly recommend Porters restaurant , which is just off the high street.
The Croft is a large spacious family house which has been recently refurbished and modernised throughout which, along with those little personal touches, has created a cosy four bedroom family home with two bathrooms on 3 floors. In fact it is more like staying in someone's home than a holiday let!
This is an ideal choice for a family holiday in Ilfracombe due to the amount of space. The family accommodation consists of: Spacious hallway with wood parquet flooring. Comfortable lounge with brown leather sofas, colour TV, DVD, video, small music centre and cosy gas fire. Excellent views from the bay window. Compact kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Separate dining room seating eight. Smaller 'snug' style room with games console, TV, Sky Freeview, video and toys and games for children. Door to garden area. Upstairs to half landing with bathroom one with bath, W.C and wash basin.
Further stairs lead to the first floor and two bedrooms:
Double - a low level contemporary style and excellent views.
Twin - large twin bedroom.
Second Family bathroom with white suite, bath, shower cubicle, W.C and wash basin.

The Croft has been furnished throughout to a high standard and is decorated in light beige tones with a modern feel. It is deceptively spacious inside, offers excellent accommodation and with full gas central heating is ideal for the larger family. The garden to the rear is made up of a small courtyard area with steps to a small sloping lawn.
Parking is in the road in front of the property. Located close to the coastline and many attractions, Rapparee Cove being a short five minute walk. The Croft is a first class base for the family to explore North Devon.
