Morethoe - 6 Miles

Mortehoe is a pretty stone built village which is mentioned in the Domesday Book.

This scenic village consists of tearooms, pubs, a 13th century church and the Mortehoe Heritage Centre, which details the villages maritime history.  Mortehoe is also an ideal starting place for scenic walks along the coastline , and just north of the village (reached only by foot) is Rockham Beach which is the ideal place for a relaxing day on the beach.
