Situated in the heart of East Ogwell is Pleasant Maris, which is latin for 'lovely view'. Pleasant Maris is a beautifully refurbished cottage which can sleep up to seven.
East Ogwell is a charming village and frequent winner of the Best Kept Village award, being just three miles from Newton Abbot and six miles from Hay Tor (one of the highest points on Dartmoor), East Ogwell is the perfect base for a Devon holiday.
The cottage consists of lounge/diner with log fire, a modern fully equipped kitchen, conservatory, enclosed rear garden with patio and downstairs shower room. There is also a garage that can be used but for smaller cars only.
Upstairs is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and three single bedrooms and bathrrom with bath and shower.
Gas heating, electricity, linen and towels are included. The caretaker lives nearby if you need advice or help during your stay.
