Scenery Cottage is situated in the ancient village of Bridford, high up on the eastern edge of Dartmoor and, as the name suggests, looks out over some wonderful scenery.
Bridford is located in the Teign Valley and is an excellent place to stay while visiting this wonderful area. It is very popular with walkers and horse-riders and as the village is not on the usual tourist trail it has remained unspoilt.
Scenery Cottage is believed to be over 200 years old and was once the village school. Now it is a beautiful holiday cottage which consists of a lounge with coal fire leading to a traditional kitchen/diner with wood burning stove. Upstairs in a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom and bathroom.
Gas heating, electricity, linen and towels are included. The caretaker lives nearby if you need advice or help during your stay.
